These terms apply to website content, podcast-related materials, The Sanctuary Letters, Portal Pages, complimentary resources, and other offerings made available through the website. Certain products, programs, memberships, events, or paid services may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of registration or purchase.

This website is intended primarily for adults. Anyone under the age of legal majority in their place of residence should use the website only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Receiving access to website content or downloading a resource does not transfer ownership of that content to you. You receive only the limited personal-use permission expressly stated with the resource or in these Terms.

Educational and Wellness Information

Content provided through Sarea’s Sanctuary is offered for general educational, informational, spiritual, and wellness purposes only.

Website content, podcast episodes, meditations, breathwork practices, yoga or movement practices, journal prompts, rituals, reflections, and downloadable resources are not medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, rehabilitation, or emergency care. Accessing or using this content does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship.

Sarea’s Sanctuary does not guarantee that any practice or resource will be appropriate for every person or produce a particular physical, emotional, spiritual, or wellness result.

You are responsible for deciding whether a practice is appropriate for you. Listen to your body and exercise personal choice. You may pause, modify, or discontinue any practice at any time. Stop immediately and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, faintness, difficulty breathing, severe emotional distress, or another concerning response.

When you join The Sanctuary Letters, request a Portal Page, register for an offering, or otherwise choose to receive email communication from Sarea’s Sanctuary, you consent to receive the messages associated with that request.

Emails may include requested resources, podcast updates, grounding practices, reflections, announcements, information about new offerings, and other Sanctuary-related communication.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of an email. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive marketing communications unless you later choose to subscribe again.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails may not prevent delivery of necessary transactional or administrative messages related to a purchase, registration, account, requested resource, or other service you initiated.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and keeping your contact information current. Sarea’s Sanctuary is not responsible for messages that cannot be delivered because an address was entered incorrectly, has become inactive, or is blocked by an email provider or filtering system.

Email delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may occasionally be delayed, filtered, or directed to a promotions, updates, junk, or spam folder by the recipient’s email service.

Purchases and Digital Products

Sarea’s Sanctuary may offer digital products, programs, classes, memberships, events, and other paid offerings through this website or connected third-party platforms.

The price, included materials, delivery method, access period, payment schedule, and any additional terms associated with an offering will be displayed at or before the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current and accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products and resources are provided under a limited license for your personal, noncommercial use. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, uploaded, resold, distributed, taught from, or made available to others without written permission from Sarea’s Sanctuary LLC.

Digital access may be delivered through email, a download link, a member area, or a third-party platform. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and software necessary to access the materials.

Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and access conditions will be governed by the policy displayed at the time of purchase and any separate Digital Product Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Sarea’s Sanctuary reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, description, or availability errors. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of such an error, the order may be cancelled and any affected payment will be refunded.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Sarea’s Sanctuary may offer subscriptions, memberships, payment plans, or other services involving recurring payments in the future.

Before enrolling, you will be shown the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, included access, minimum commitment if applicable, and available cancellation method.

By enrolling in a recurring offering, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing schedule presented at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, recurring services continue until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for payments already processed or for services already provided.

Cancellation instructions will be provided at or before enrollment. You are responsible for cancelling before the next scheduled billing date if you do not wish to renew.

Sarea’s Sanctuary may change the price or material terms of a recurring offering by providing reasonable advance notice when required. You may cancel before the revised terms take effect.

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, access may be paused or ended after reasonable attempts to resolve the payment issue.

Any offering-specific terms presented during registration or checkout will apply alongside these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this section limits cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

No Guarantees and Individual Results

Sarea’s Sanctuary does not guarantee that using this website, participating in a practice, purchasing an offering, or applying any teaching will produce a particular result.

Individual experiences may differ based on personal circumstances, health, participation, consistency, environment, and other factors beyond the control of Sarea’s Sanctuary.

No statement made through the website, podcast, email communications, social media, testimonials, classes, programs, or downloadable materials should be understood as a promise or guarantee of:

• Physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual healing
• Relief from symptoms or health conditions
• Personal transformation or a particular emotional experience
• Financial, professional, relationship, or lifestyle outcomes
• Completion of a goal within a particular period

Testimonials, reviews, stories, or examples reflect the personal experiences of the individuals sharing them. They do not establish the results that another person should expect.

• The conduct, content, products, services, security, or availability of a third-party platform or provider
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of information despite reasonable security precautions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Sarea’s Sanctuary LLC arising from a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Sarea’s Sanctuary for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or another responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory warranty, consumer protection, remedy, or other legal right that cannot be waived by agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations in this section will apply only to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Suspension or Termination of Access

You may stop using sareassanctuary.com or discontinue participation in an offering at any time, subject to any purchase, cancellation, or payment terms that apply.

Sarea’s Sanctuary may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, an account, a resource, or an offering when reasonably necessary, including when:

• These Terms and Conditions or offering-specific terms are violated
• Content is copied, shared, resold, or used without permission
• Website security, functionality, or another person’s access is threatened
• Fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity is suspected
• A required payment is not completed
• A service or offering is discontinued
• Suspension or termination is required by law or a third-party platform

When reasonably possible, Sarea’s Sanctuary may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before ending paid access. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to address security concerns, unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, fraud, or potential harm.

If Sarea’s Sanctuary ends a paid offering for reasons unrelated to your violation of these Terms, any refund, replacement access, or other remedy will be determined according to the terms of that offering and applicable law.

Suspension or termination does not remove obligations that arose before access ended. Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and other terms intended to continue will remain in effect.

Nothing in this section limits a refund, cancellation right, statutory protection, or other remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law and Informal Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence apply.

If a disagreement arises concerning this website, its content, or an offering from Sarea’s Sanctuary, you and Sarea’s Sanctuary agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally before beginning formal legal proceedings.

• A clear description of the concern
• The product, service, communication, or transaction involved
• The resolution you are requesting
• Any relevant supporting information

Sarea’s Sanctuary will make a reasonable effort to review and respond to the notice. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief when reasonably necessary, using an eligible small-claims process, reporting a concern to a government agency, or exercising a legal right that cannot be waived.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before a court with proper jurisdiction and venue in the State of Arizona.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from filing a consumer complaint, communicating with a regulatory authority, participating in a government investigation, or exercising protections available under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
