About Sarea

I created this Sanctuary as a place to return.

I’m Sarea, the founder and guide behind Sarea’s Sanctuary.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing, growth, and becoming do not have to begin with pressure. They can begin with safety, breath, presence, and a gentle return to the body.

MY PATH

The Sanctuary began with my own return.

Sarea’s Sanctuary grew from my own journey of learning how to slow down, listen inward, and create steadiness within a life that has required strength in many forms.

As a woman, mother, student, and guide, I understand that returning to yourself is not always a single moment. It is a practice. It is choosing, again and again, to meet your body with care, honor your boundaries, and make space for the person you are becoming.

This Sanctuary is the space I needed, the space I continue to practice within, and the space I now feel called to share with others.

MY APPROACH

Root first. Make room. Rise without leaving yourself behind.

My approach is grounded in meditation, breath awareness, gentle movement, reflection, and spiritually open practices that support connection to the body and inner self.

I do not believe peace should be performed, healing should be rushed, or growth should require abandoning your boundaries.

Every practice begins with choice. You are invited to notice what is present, receive the support available to you, and move in a way that honors your body, breath, energy, and lived experience.

Through ROOT. BREATHE. RISE., we return to safety, create space within, and reconnect with the power to move forward in our own rhythm.

TRAINING + CONTINUED STUDY

Rooted in learning, practice, and responsible guidance.

My work is supported by ongoing education in meditation, breathwork, nervous-system awareness, and accessible movement.

I am currently completing training in:

• Meditation practitioner and teacher training
• Pranayama and breathwork instruction
• Trauma-aware functional breathwork facilitation
• 200-hour yoga teacher training

I approach this work as both a guide and a lifelong student. As my education and experience deepen, Sarea’s Sanctuary will continue growing with care, integrity, and respect for the people who enter this space.

My practices are educational and wellness-focused and are not a replacement for individualized medical or mental-health care.
