Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Sarea’s Sanctuary LLC is committed to creating a welcoming and accessible digital space for people of diverse bodies, minds, senses, abilities, technologies, and ways of navigating the online world.
We are working to make sareassanctuary.com easier to perceive, understand, navigate, and use, including for visitors who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice recognition software, magnification tools, or other accessibility supports.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. As Sarea’s Sanctuary grows, we intend to continue reviewing the website, improving content and design choices, and addressing barriers that may affect access.
Our goal is to offer meaningful access to the website’s information, podcast resources, forms, practices, and offerings while recognizing that some areas may still need refinement.
Accessibility Measures
Sarea’s Sanctuary is taking ongoing steps to support accessibility across sareassanctuary.com. These efforts may include:
• Organizing written content with clear headings and a consistent page structure
• Using readable text sizes, spacing, and color contrast
• Adding descriptive alternative text to meaningful images
• Using clear link and button wording that describes its destination
• Supporting navigation through menus, links, and keyboard-accessible controls
• Avoiding unnecessary flashing, rapidly moving, or distracting visual content
• Providing captions, transcripts, or written alternatives for audio and video content when reasonably available
• Reviewing mobile layouts so content remains readable and usable on smaller screens
• Keeping forms simple and clearly labeled
• Providing contact information for visitors who encounter an accessibility barrier
Some accessibility features are provided through the Squarespace platform, while other elements depend on the content, design, integrations, and third-party services used by Sarea’s Sanctuary.
We intend to review and improve these measures as the website and its offerings continue to grow.
Known Limitations
Although Sarea’s Sanctuary is working to improve accessibility, some parts of sareassanctuary.com may not yet provide an equally accessible experience for every visitor.
Possible limitations may include:
• Older or decorative images that do not yet have complete alternative text
• Audio or video content that does not yet include captions, transcripts, or written alternatives
• Color, spacing, text-size, or layout choices that may need further adjustment
• Embedded content, forms, podcast players, social media features, or other tools provided by third-party platforms
• Documents or downloadable resources that have not yet been fully optimized for screen readers or keyboard navigation
• Features that behave differently across browsers, devices, accessibility tools, or operating systems
Third-party services may have accessibility features and limitations that are outside the direct control of Sarea’s Sanctuary. These services may include Squarespace, Flodesk, podcast platforms, social media networks, payment processors, and embedded media providers.
We welcome feedback about barriers and will make reasonable efforts to improve access or provide an alternative format when possible.
